Order processing

LumaPet is a dropshipping store. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party supplier from United States inventory. Please allow 1โ€“3 business days for order processing before carrier transit begins.

Delivery estimates

Standard tracked delivery usually takes 5โ€“10 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or unusually high demand.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed after the supplier dispatches your order. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it enters supplier processing. Once processing has begun, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Multiple shipments

If an order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately. You will not be charged additional shipping because of split fulfillment.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can work with the supplier on a replacement or refund.
