Refund policy
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, clean, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with all original tools, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Start a return
Contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not mail a return to the address printed on the original supplier package; unauthorized returns may not be received or refunded.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any loss or damage during return transit. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the product, accessories, shipping label, and packaging. After verification, we will work with the supplier to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional product cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a supplier claim is approved. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable items
Used grooming tools, items with pet hair or signs of use, incomplete kits, damaged items not caused by shipping, and items returned without prior authorization are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter supplier processing. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processing or has shipped, the standard return process applies.
